Wauwatosa Veterinary Clinic & East Tosa Veterinary Clinic
2019 Holiday Donation Drive
Each year, our team organizes a donation drive to give back to the community and support local organizations that reflect our clinic's values and mission of promoting happiness through healthy pets. It is also an opportunity for our team members and clients to demonstrate our gratitude for all of the amazing animals and people in our lives by helping others in need.
This year, we're teaming up with HAWS and the Emma Loves Dogs Foundation to help pets in our community who are waiting for their forever homes.
The Humane Animal Welfare Society of Waukesha County, Wisconsin (HAWS), is an open admission, no-kill animal shelter and full service humane society that offers pet adoption and re-homing, dog training, kids camps, spay and neuter programs, education and training, animal rescue and so much more!
The Emma Loves Dogs Foundation was started by the family of Emma Mertens, an 8-year-old girl from Hartland, WI who bravely battled a DIPG Brain Tumor. Emma had a passion for animals, especially dogs. And she also loved helping others. The mission of Emma Loves Dogs is to provide financial assistance to organizations that share Emma’s passion for helping animals, such as police K9 units and non-kill animal shelters.
