Step 1: Request an Appointment

Please arrive early or on time for your appointment to help us stay on schedule for all of our clients. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment.
NEW POLICY UPDATE: Due to a recent increase in no-shows for New Client appointments, we are requiring that new clients pay a $60 deposit when scheduling their initial appointment. If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment this will be refunded, otherwise you will forfeit this amount. If your appointment charges are less than $60, you will be refunded the difference at the time of your appointment. We appreciate your understanding, as we currently have clients on wait lists each day for appointments and want to minimize unused appointment slots so that the patients who need to see us are able to get in.
Step 2: Have a Copy of Your Pet's Records Emailed or Faxed to us Prior to your Visit
Having your pet's records prior to your visit will give us time to review them and be better prepared when you arrive for your appointment. Records can be emailed to: [email protected] or faxed to 414-475-1422.
Step 3: Complete Our New Patient/Client Forms & Submit Them Prior to Your Appointment:

1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Wauwatosa Veterinary Clinic understands this and is able to accept CareCredit (www.CareCredit.com) as a financing option.
